The UMDF is searching for consulting firms with proven knowledge and experience in integrated urban development and climate change impact on cities to implement the deployment of the African Cities Program methodology for cities diagnostic, which consists in the following:

- rapid city profiling,

- strategizing and prioritization 

- action plan development.

The consulting firms are expected to be fully conversant in Anglophone or/and Francophone environments.
