The Urban and Municipal Development Fund (UMDF) requires the services of an individual communications consultant to develop the UMDF communications strategy and support the operationalization and professionalization of communications materials and activities. The tasks would include the development of a UMDF Communications strategy in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders to assist with the further operationalization of the UMDF and improve external and internal communication and the visibility of the UMDF activities.
