A Traffic Impact Study (TIA) appraising traffic and safety implications relating to various developments (housing, commercial centres, ports, etc.) and especially in cities where the road and transport system infrastructure is under tension. It is a valuable source of good practice for urban traffic management professionals, from the planning and regulatory authorities to private sector developers alike.
