SUDAP Issue Paper: Subnational Credit and Municipal Finance

This research paper is dedicated to the thematic of subnational credit and municipal finance. It is part of a corpus of publications informing the Sustainable Urban Development Action Plan (SUDAP) that have been launched gradually in 2022. It will guide the bank’s engagement in urban development over the next five years (2022-2026), further specifying selectivity criteria, critical innovations to support and monitoring and evaluation.
